EXPERIENCES
Wildly Grounded offers a variety of nature based healing experiences, designed to help you release what weighs you down and step into a lighter, more peaceful state of being. Take a look at the options below.
NATURE THERAPY SESSION
Guided experiences for your personal journey. Whether you need support through grief, stress relief, or deeper connection to yourself, these sessions are designed for reflection, healing, and renewal.
Whether you’re navigating grief, burnout, big life transitions, or simply feeling disconnected, Forest Therapy sessions offer a gentle, supportive way to reconnect—with nature, with your body, and with your inner wisdom.
These experiences will meet you exactly where you are. Without pressure or expectation, we move at your pace, creating space for whatever needs to surface. In nature’s quiet presence, you’re invited to slow down, feel deeply, and release what no longer serves you.
Some of the benefits clients experience in these sessions include:
Emotional clarity: Nature has a way of helping us process feelings we didn’t know we were carrying.
Nervous system regulation: Time in nature, especially when guided with intention, helps calm anxiety, ease tension, and support deep rest.
Confidence & embodiment: Being outdoors and engaging your senses helps you feel more grounded, empowered, and present in your body.
A sense of belonging: You’re reminded that you are part of something greater—that the natural world is not separate from you, but a wise, nurturing ally.
Every session is an invitation to exhale, to soften, and to be fully seen and supported in your healing journey.

Grief Release Walk
A gentle, guided walk designed to help you process loss and release emotional weight through nature’s soothing presence. This experience includes mindful movement, sensory awareness, and space for reflection.
A Grief-Release Walk is a guided, nature-based experience designed to help you gently process and release the emotional weight of grief. It’s not a hike or a workout — it’s a slow, intentional journey through nature that invites quiet reflection, deep breathing, and connection with the natural world as a source of healing and grounding.
Grief doesn’t only come from the loss of a loved one. You may be grieving a relationship that changed or ended, the loss of a job or identity, personal health challenges, estrangement, or even the weight of our world — political unrest, climate anxiety, or collective uncertainty. Whatever your grief, it deserves space, acknowledgment, and compassion.
These walks are for anyone carrying something heavy. You don’t need to explain your grief or justify it — you just need to show up as you are. The forest listens without judgment.

Sensory Nature Journaling Experience
Engage your senses through guided journaling, helping you deepen your awareness and connection to the present moment. A beautiful way to combine creativity with nature's grounding presence in order to achieve greater clarity and internal harmony.
Nature journaling is the practice of observing the natural world with curiosity and documenting what you notice — through words, drawings, colors, textures, or reflections. It’s not about being an artist or a scientist. It’s about slowing down, tuning in, and letting nature be your guide.
You might sketch the curve of a leaf, describe the scent of damp earth, write a poem about wind through the trees, or simply reflect on how the sky makes you feel.
When we pair this with sensory journaling, we go even deeper. Sensory journaling invites you to notice what you hear, see, smell, touch, and even taste. It’s a mindful, embodied way to connect with both nature and yourself — using your senses as a doorway into the present moment.
Some of the benefits clients experience in these sessions include:
Encourages mindfulness and presence
Reduces stress and anxiety by slowing the nervous system
Promotes self-reflection and emotional regulation
Strengthens your connection to nature and your own body
Unlocks creativity and joy
Provides a grounding ritual that you can return to again and again
Who might benefit from a sensory nature journaling experience?
Those who feel disconnected from themselves or the world around them
Those managing stress, anxiety, grief, or overwhelm
Creative souls and curious minds looking for inspiration or emotional clarity
Anyone craving more stillness, presence, and beauty in their life
Caregivers, teachers, healers, and sensitive people who need a moment to fill their own cup
You don’t need fancy supplies or any experience to begin — just a notebook, a pen, and an open heart.
